Personal data protection

The operator processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.

Visiting the website

The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools and does not load content from third parties. For each request the server records technical data: IP address, time, requested address and browser identification. This data is used solely to ensure the security and operation of the website; the legal basis is the operator's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Records are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically.

E-mail communication

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data in your message to handle your request and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) for the duration of the communication and business relationship.

Client area

Personal accounts for client area users are created by the operator. Sign-in uses a single strictly necessary cookie to maintain the session. The scope and retention of processed data are governed by the contract with the client.

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing.
